# incident io — Agent Skill

Work with incident.io from Claude: respond to and investigate incidents, check on-call schedules and escalations, and author the runbooks, skills and architecture docs that incident.io investigations draw on. Bundles the official incident.io MCP server (OAuth on first use).

### How to install incident io in Claude Code

1. Add the marketplace

2. Install the skill

3. Use it

   These are slash commands for a Claude Code session, not your shell. Claude auto-invokes the skill when your request matches its description — or type its slash command if it exposes one.
