  Parameter	Type	Description
  floor_style*	string	The new floor in plain words, for example 'white oak herringbone'.
  photo	object	The room or house photo the user attached in chat. Filled in by the app, not typed.
  photo_url	any	A public https link to the photo, if the user gave one instead of attaching it.
  photo_upload_id	any	The upload_id from get_photo_upload_link, once the user says the photo is uploaded.
