  charging_efficiency	number	Default 0.90 with ev_kwh_per_mile; 1.0 with vehicle (EPA figures include charging losses)
  ev_kwh_per_mile	number	Optional instead of vehicle (default 0.30)
  ev_miles	number	Optional EV: miles driven per month; adds home-charging kWh to every month (fixed-rate plans).
  kwh	integer	Average monthly usage in kWh (default 1000). Spread over a typical Texas year (summer-heavy).
  months	array	Optional: 12 monthly kWh values, January first. Overrides kwh.
  vehicle	string	Optional EV model id for its EPA efficiency (see electricity_ev_charging_cost), e.g. tesla-model-y-long-range-awd
