The get_author_messages tool is provided by pg.ddx.io: the PostgreSQL community's memory. Install that server in your AI client and the assistant can call it directly.

  From the publisher:Find messages by a specific author, optionally filtered by date range. Uses the f: (from) search prefix.

  Parameter	Type	Description
  after	string	Only return messages after this date (YYYY-MM-DD or YYYYMMDD)
  author*	string	Author name or email to search for
  before	string	Only return messages before this date (YYYY-MM-DD or YYYYMMDD)
  inbox	string	Mailing list name, e.g. pgsql-general. Defaults to pgsql-hackers when omitted. Aliases: list, inbox_name.
  limit	number	Maximum results to return (1-200, default 50)
  offset	number	Offset for pagination
