get_callers
Reverse call graph: the symbols that call or reference qualified_name (from search_symbols), each with its file and lines, like `git grep -w <name>` restricted to call sites.
The get_callers tool is provided by pg.ddx.io: the PostgreSQL community's memory. Install that server in your AI client and the assistant can call it directly.

HEAD only; macro expansion and function pointers are not followed. limit caps the list. Read a caller with git_show_file at its line.
