One commitfest entry by cf_id (the number in commitfest.postgresql.org/patch/<cf_id>/): title, status, commitfest, authors, reviewers, committer, its mail threads and branches.
The get_entry tool is provided by pg.ddx.io: the PostgreSQL community's memory. Install that server in your AI client and the assistant can call it directly.
