The get_message_references tool is provided by pg.ddx.io: the PostgreSQL community's memory. Install that server in your AI client and the assistant can call it directly.

  Parameter	Type	Description
  inbox	string	Mailing list name, e.g. pgsql-general. Defaults to pgsql-hackers when omitted. Aliases: list, inbox_name.
  message_id*	string	Message-ID (with or without angle brackets), or a message URL (postgr.es/m/..., postgresql.org/message-id/..., pg.ddx.io/m/...)
