  fight_id*	any	Bout id, as returned on an event card. Integer or numeric string.
  from	string	Earliest recorded day, YYYY-MM-DD (inclusive).
  to	string	Latest recorded day, YYYY-MM-DD (inclusive).
  limit	integer	Points per page, default 100.
  cursor	string	meta.pagination.next_cursor from a previous call.
