  From the publisher:Generates the only product CSV allowed by MCP policy. It returns plain CSV text, not a downloadable file, and only includes the HGRWeb report columns: eBay item ID, sku, stock, cost price and selling price. Requires explicit productIds and confirmed=true. Requires HGRApi Header channel / ChannelOAuthId resolved internally.
