  From the publisher:The cross-event change feed, newest first: bouts added, cancelled or reinstated, opponents swapped, start times or venues moved, fighter profiles merged — across every covered promotion or one of them, since a date (default the last 90 days). The same audit trail webhooks deliver, for agents that poll instead.

  Parameter	Type	Description
  org	string	Promotion slug, e.g. "ufc". Omit for every covered promotion.
  since	string	Only changes observed at or after this point: YYYY-MM-DD or an ISO-8601 datetime. Default: 90 days ago.
  kind	string	Narrow to one change kind.
  limit	integer
  cursor	string	meta.pagination.next_cursor from a previous call.
