Registers a Nostr NIP-05 identity name@automatom.matt-d59.workers.dev for a hex pubkey (optional relays, comma-separated wss:// URLs).
The nip05_register tool is provided by Mat Web & Data Toolkit (x402, Cloudflare). Install that server in your AI client and the assistant can call it directly.
