Creates a new, empty Search project in your organization with the name given, and returns its project id.
The search_create_project tool is provided by Tomorrow Central: Cloud Cost Sentinel. Install that server in your AI client and the assistant can call it directly.

It does not import or index anything; use search_start_import next. The person confirms before it runs. Nothing happens until the person confirms: this returns a summary and a code for tc_confirm.
